# The customer has 10 hours before the start of the course to cancel the booking request.

# To receive the discount, the customer must pay the full amount for their order / package of courses.

# 2 hours before the online course, we send an email reminder.

# We will send you a zoom link to your email 10 minutes before the lesson. Courses can also be delivered via Microsoft Teams

News - tips

For your convenience, course packages over €300 (either for 20 or 40 courses) can be paid in two equal installments !!

After the first 20 lessons, we will send you, free of charge, Greek books that are already being taught in Greek schools in order to help you in the progress of our online courses

A refund (the balance of non-teaching hours) is given back if a student does not wish to continue attending the online courses. The following items are not included in the package: 40 Lessons (25% Discount)
